Arrowhead Escrow, Inc., has been an independent full service escrow company licensed by the California Department of Corporations since May 1987.

Arrowhead Escrow, Inc., was built on a foundation of knowledge, detail, and communication. In 1994, Arrowhead Escrow, Inc., was awarded its first HUD Contract and still has a great working relationship with HUD, its employees, clients, and other contractors. In addition to the HUD contracts that Arrowhead Escrow, Inc., has had over the last fourteen years, we also offer our services to individual home sellers, real estate professionals, and lenders.

Pamelia R. Lowry is the President and owner of Arrowhead Escrow, Inc. Mrs. Lowry has been in the financial and real estate business for more than 32 years. She is very active in the management of Arrowhead Escrow and is extremely proud of the professional service everyone receives from her staff. In the 21 years Arrowhead Escrow has been in business, they have completed in excess of 50,000 escrows.

Ms. Joyce Olson is the Manager of Arrowhead Escrow, Inc. She has just completed her 20th year of service with Arrowhead Escrow. Ms. Olson has always demonstrated exceptional organizational and managerial skills. She was promoted to Office Manager in May 1994 and has continued to be a tremendous asset to Arrowhead Escrow.

Ms. Elsa Issac is an Escrow Officer for Arrowhead Escrow, Inc. Elsa has just completed her 15th year of service with Arrowhead Escrow, Inc. Ms. Issac began her career as a data entry clerk and receptionist. She took escrow classes and worked her way up to Escrow Officer in 1998.
